The Slufterdam Wind farm stands on the ring dyke of the sludge depot De Slufter, close to the coast of the North Sea. The sludge depot is located in the southwestern part of the Maasvlakte. In 2019, 17 wind turbines have been replaced for 12 new wind turbines.

Topwind has guided the entire QAQC process for the wind turbines on behalf of Eneco. Part of this process was the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and the Take Over inspections.
